ChainTracker is a browser studio for adult AI images and video, run like a traced route: one fictional character is pinned at the starting point, a route card traces her in fixed words, and every still, clip, edit and finish after that is simply the next stop on the same line. Nothing here traces markets or money — the trace is your own work, followed from the first frame to the last so a whole series still reads as one journey. The cost of every job is printed before it runs. A failed job refunds itself. Every result stays private in your account until you choose to publish it.

A route only works if the stops come in order and the line between them never breaks. You start at the generator, where a fictional adult character is traced once and traced precisely. You move on to motion, transformation and repair as the work demands, and you reach the upscalers only at the end of the line, when a piece has earned the finish. Every stop runs on the same account and the same credit balance, and the Studio card beside each tool lists its inputs, outputs and cost before you commit to anything.
Text-to-image for fictional adult characters. Trace her once at the start, then follow the same line through every new frame.
Stop 02 · The Route MovesText-to-video and image-to-video. Give a frame that already sits on the route one movement, and keep it on the same line.
Stop 03 · A Gated DetourConsented transformations of your own photographs and your own generated characters. No one else’s material, ever.
Stop 04 · Back on LineOne traced change at a time — wardrobe, setting, light — for frames that drifted off the route by a single detail.
Stop 05 · Hold the TraceCarry the traced face onto new stills, so a whole set still reads as one and the same traveller.
Stop 06 · The Trace in MotionThe same face held through a moving clip, frame after frame, so footage from different days stays one performer.
Stop 07 · Full Length, StillsFinished stills brought up to the size their destination demands. Near the end of the route, never the start.
Stop 08 · The Last StopFinished clips brought up to the size their destination demands. The final stop on the line.
Age, hair, build and one lasting mark, written into a route card you reuse word for word. A trace that is redrawn at every job leads nowhere at all.
Stills, clips, edits and swaps all run from the same account. Each job shows its exact credit cost before you confirm it, and each result is checked against the trace before it is kept.
Upscale only the keepers. Everything else rests private in your account until you publish it yourself — the gallery shows only what arrived.
The gallery is the public stretch of the route: only the frames and clips their makers chose to post. The studio default is private; appearing here is always a deliberate decision by the person who made the piece, never an accident of the system.
Registration is free, and the daily check-in covers one standard frame a day. When the work outgrows that pace, one-time credit packs wait at the pricing page — no subscription, no silent renewals.
